Took 2 weeks "off" to work on one of my toys. Took the old 320k mile 6.0 LS with a dead cylinder and tossed it aside. Dropped in this 5.3 LS turbo budget built motor from my inventory, threw on a RHP turbo. Then, I started all the fab work to make all the plumbing fit. A/C, trans lines, fuel lines, oil cooler lines, radiator, power steering cooler all had to move to make way for the intercooler. Upgraded with electric fans, GFB boost controller, and intellitronix gauges and popped in an OE style grille. I also taught myself how to thermo wrap and weld the exhaust shielding on with fiberglass wool and stainless dimple sheet. Wideband all set up with HP Tuners, and now the tuning and boosting fun begins!
Been busy dialing in body lines and found out both front towers were bent in. So after some front frame tweaking the front end dropped in place. Welded the new dash in, aligned the trunk panels, and fitted the front. Hung all the suspension loosely so it can be rolled around. Now she`s ready to go to paint.

Back to work on this 66 Mustang GT350. Both doors are getting the full treatment. I made repair pieces for the inner front bottoms, threw away the old skin, blasted and sealed the inner structure, and put in a new outer skin. In the final steps of metal finishing the surface out and aligning it to the body.

I got all the structure repaired on this 66 Mustang GT350. It`s off to the sand blaster to be completely stripped and coated in epoxy. Then, I`ll start aligning and gaping panels.
